Danielle Fenichel is a lifetime resident of the Hudson Valley. After attending Arlington Schools, she received her Bachelor of Science from Marist College and graduated from Pace University School of Law in 2007 with her Juris Doctor. She was admitted to the practice of law in 2008, and is admitted to practice in the State of New York, as well as in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York.
Danielle Fenichel has concentrated her practice mainly on matrimonial and family law, and has handled numerous cases in the areas of divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, family offenses/orders of protection, guardianship, neglect and adoption. Danielle has also practiced extensively in the areas of landlord/tenant and special education law, representing both landlords and tenants in eviction proceedings in local Courts and representing children and their parents in matters concerning the children's educational needs.
While in law school, Danielle Fenichel interned at the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office and volunteered at the Pace Women's Justice Center. Danielle has also volunteered at Family Services in Poughkeepsie, assisting with their Domestic Abuse Awareness program.
Danielle Fenichel is a member of the Dutchess County Bar Association and the Mid-Hudson Women's Bar Association.
